Arrival Srinagar - Local Sightseeing
Arrival at Srinagar Airport and transfer towards hotel. After check in at hotel & refreshment continue your tour to famous Nishat Garden known as ‘Garden of pleasure' built in 16th century (1633) by Mughal King Asif Khan. Then visiting Shalimar Garden known as ‘Garden of love' built in 16th century (1619) by Mughal King Jehangir for his beloved wife Noor Jehan or ( Mehr -un- Nissa ) and later on pay a visit the famous White mosque of Srinagar city ( Hazratbal shrine). Evening enjoy the Shikara Ride(at an extra cost) on the famous Dal Lake to enjoy the beauty that God has graced this city, which is often compared to Venice. You will get a lovely view of some interesting places around the lake. Overnight stay in deluxe houseboat in Srinagar.
Srinagar to Sonmarg Tour (Day Trip) 196 Kms
Full day excursion to Sonmarg Tour which is the most beautiful drive from Srinagar. On the way we stop at many beautiful spots. Continue drive to Sonmarg 2690 Mtrs (Meadow of Gold). One can ride on horse to visit Thajiwas Glacier where snow remains round the year and Sonmarg is known as Gateway of Ladakh . In the evening return to Houseboat. Overnight at Hotel.
Srinagar to Gulmarg 56 Kms
After breakfast leave for Gulmarg which is one of the most beautiful summer resort in the valley. Gulmarg (8700 ft i.e. 2652 mts ), Discovered by the Kashmiri romantic poet in the 16th century who was inspired with its grassy slopes covered with wild flowers. It is also popular for its golf course (in summer), the highest in the world and skiing during the winter season. Enjoy the splendor of nature and the snowy mountains. The Gondola Cable Car (optional) offers rides to the upland meadows of Kongdori and beyond to the top of Apharwat range to a height of 14000 ft for viewing the Himalayan Peaks in summer and for downhill skiing in winter. Overnight in hotel in Gulmarg .
Gulmarg to Pahalgam 149 Kms
After breakfast, leave from Gulmarg and drive to Pahalgam 2440 Mtrs (Vale of Kashmir) on the way visit Saffron fields and Avantipur ruins which is eleven hundred years old temple. Finally by the lunch time you will reach Pahalgam which is the most famous place for Indian Film Industry. After lunch (Your own ) enjoy the nature charm of the valley. Overnight at Hotel.
Pahalgam to Srinagar via Shikara Ride
After breakfast at hotel drive back to Srinagar for night stay. Check- in at Deluxe Houseboat, later on enjoy the Shikara Ride on the famous Dal Lake to enjoy the beauty that God has graced this city, which is often compared to Venice. You will get a lovely view of some interesting places around the lake. Overnight stay in deluxe houseboat in Srinagar.
